Self love and self worth: Hi. I’m Sandy, and I have helped many clients who have had dysfunctional Self-relationships.
Clients have come to me because they hated who they are; or they mistrust themselves. They may have doubted their own decisions, lost their confidence, or felt lost, depressed, anxious or afraid.
After coming to see me, they have taken huge leaps forward to open the door to their inner Self.
Suddenly they trust in their decisions, are able to listen to their heart; experiencing their whole life opening up to new opportunities, friends, love and success.

How many times do you stick to what you say you will do and fulfil promises you make to yourself?
Is it a struggle or does it come easy to live in your truth, allowing your heart/gut instinct /intuition to guide you, even when it may be looked down upon and judged by others.

Did you know that everything that happens in your life hinges on how you react to life’s situations that continually pop up all the time and which are an integral part of how we live our lives?
You are at the very centre of your universe; your world. You are the master; the centrifugal force that drives the wheels of life’s motion either forward, or backwards or stops somewhere in the middle.
You are what drives the outcomes, draws towards you good or not so good outcomes through your thoughts, beliefs and how you choose to react.
It may hard to believe, but you are in control.
The Self, the authentic you, is the most powerful, loving and compassionate life force (soul) there is.
And when we allow that divine energy into our conscious world it changes immediately and forever.
